Chroma was founded in September, 1995, with the main aim of developing Quality Control equipment having computerized controlling systems.

Chroma Systems started with a Laboratory Products Division, developing customized Image Analysis Software for microstructure analysis and has diversified into manufacturing various lab products like micro hardness testers, microscopes, special purpose optical instruments etc.

We have also designed and manufactured machine vision systems for on line inspection.

Chroma System started a CNC division on 2005, where we have developed a low cost CNC controller suitable for manual machines like a lathe , milling etc.

Chroma Energy, a new venture started by the Chroma Group, is primarily working on Solar Power Generation using Concentrator Photovoltaic ( CPV ) Cells.

A team of experts at Chroma Energy are working on their own optic design for the solar concentrator along with a solar tracker, based on the optical and motion control technologies developed at Chroma Systems.

The parent company, Chroma Systems, has developed, patented and mass manufactures low cost CNC machines, making it affordable for the small scale sector.

Additionally Chroma Energy can reduce the cost of manufacturing and fabrication of hardware required to produce a scalable MW size power generation plant.
